I have been sick and unable to call them back, however they made sure to contact me by phone and email. When I spoke to a salesperson she was excellent, professional and understanding.

I had a great experience with both a car salesman, Kevin, and the manager, Dennis. I am a big fan of older cars, so I always go to local, family-owned dealerships to purchase my preferred vehicles. After a really difficult situation with my last vehicle purchase, I was very hesitant when I started shopping for a new car recently. Although I decided not to purchase a vehicle from Ted’s auto at this time, I highly recommend them as they are thorough, trustworthy, and willing to work with you so that you can meet your budget and your family needs. Overall 10 out of 10 experience—wonderful people!

I bought a Toyota Corolla from Ted's, a very nice car. The sellers are very nice. Just one problem. I asked if they would take care of a couple of scratches on it, and leave the used bottle of paint in the car. They agreed. I went to pick it up and the scratches did not appear to be repaired, and no paint. Other than that, they have been a pleasure to do business with.

Very happy with my Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase. I would like to thank Dennis, Eli, Kevin and the mechanic for everything they did for me during and after the purchase. There was absoululy no pressure from any of them, infact they were the oppsite, very helpful. Kevin greeted us and told us the origanal Jeep we went to look at had just been sold. As we were about to leave, I noticed a Jeep in the back that looked just as nice as the origanal one we went to look at. Kevin said It had just arrived to their dealership, but he consulted with Dennis who then greeted us and they let us take it for a test drive. It drove and handled nicely. I had a nice conversation with Eli regarding the Jeep and we came to an agreement on the price. The mechanic did a complete service check and the Jeep was detailed. They also stand behing there 30 day/1000 mile warranty.Two weeks after I picked it up, an emision code came on. I contacted Dennis, he appoligized and had it taken care of the next day, it was a fuel pump gasket. Lastly, with two days and 100 miles left in the warranty, the light came on again. I called Dennis, and once again, he apologized for the inconvience, and had it in the shop the next day. It turned out to be the thermostat, which is a very common problem with Jeeps. The way then handled everything, I would definitely recommend Ted's Auto Sales. Thanks again Gentlemen. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with you.Ron

I can't say enough about Tony at Ted's Auto Sales! We saw a car online at 11am. By 4pm, we owned it and had parked it in our driveway already! Tony was so knowledgable and trustworthy. We knew from the second we met him that he was an honest and genuine man. He made out stressful day so much easier by walking us through every step of the process. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone. Our favorite part was getting a new car for our family and I think his was laughing and talking with our 3 girls! Such a lovely man and a wonderful experience. Thank you, Tony! See you on The Hill!

Ok let's stop right there. What makes it the vehicle of your dream? It's simple because you are dealing with Ted. He is a very down to earth, honest speaking and will take action to exceed your expectations! If you expect hot air from a dealership...then Ted's not the place for you. If you want to be treated with respect, truth and honesty then Ted's is the place to make your next vehicle purchase! Your choice is simple. The bottom line is you don't need luck to make a vehicle purchase, you need a dealership that has your back and is on your side.

Just purchased a truck from Ted's. Very fast, efficient, and friendly. No pressure kinda place...Special thanks to Christian and Kristy. They worked hard for me to get my truck at a price I could afford...they took care of everything for me. They made it an easy and fun experience all around. I just bought a vehicle at Ted's and have had the most wonderful experience! Christian was kind, knowledgeable and not at all aggressive. He created a relaxed atmosphere which helped me with my decision in which he sold a nice quality car that was reasonably priced. I was introduced to Ted who was equally nice and Anthony who helped me with my purchase. I will be sure to tell my friends about my experience and will recommend Ted's Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car. They deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you!

My wife and I have bought not only an excellent pickup truck but a travel trailer as well. Dave, Ted and everyone else who works at this place have gone the extra mile to make sure we are happy with our purchases. From the mechanic in the garage to the fella that detailed my truck to the gal who spent literally hours at the registry so we didn’t have to, we got superb service. Ted, the owner, even came out to help me put an electrical connector on my truck. Dave helped me locate a title that got lost in the shuffle. Ted’s Auto is by far the best, most trustworthy and hardworking used car sales company I have ever dealt with. I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.
